Every step between your door in Saudi Arabia and your family's door in Kenya, handled by one team with one tracking number.
One booking covers pickup in Saudi Arabia, the sea crossing to Mombasa, customs clearance and delivery to the door in Kenya — with every milestone posted to your tracking number.
We collect from your home, villa or business anywhere in Saudi Arabia.
Cargo is checked, labelled and packed into a shared container at our warehouse.
Containers depart Jeddah or Dammam on scheduled sailings to Mombasa.
We clear customs in Mombasa and deliver to the address you give us.
From Jeddah the route runs down the Red Sea and through Bab-el-Mandeb; from Dammam it leaves the Gulf through Hormuz. Both end at Kilindini Harbour, Mombasa.
Illustrative, not to scale. Solid line: Jeddah via the Red Sea. Dotted line: Dammam via the Strait of Hormuz and Arabian Sea, or trucked to Jeddah.
Send your cargo list, pickup city and delivery address. We confirm a door-to-door price per CBM or per container.
Our team collects, packs and labels every item, then issues your HBL (House Bill of Lading) number and an inventory list.
Follow each milestone online — container loading, vessel departure, arrival at Mombasa and customs clearance.
After clearance we deliver by truck to the consignee, who signs for the goods. You see it marked Delivered.
Most personal and commercial goods can travel. Some items need permits or extra paperwork in Kenya — ask us before you pack.

Ask for a quote →It depends on the sailing schedule, the consolidation cut-off and customs at Mombasa. We give an estimated delivery date on your booking and update it on the tracking page as each milestone is reached.
For consolidated shipments you pay per cubic metre (CBM), with a minimum charge. Full containers are priced per 20ft or 40ft box. Your quote states what is included — pickup, packing, freight, clearance and delivery.
Your quote will say whether duties and taxes are included or payable by the consignee. Duty depends on the goods, their value and KRA rules at the time of import.
Usually a copy of the shipper's Iqama or passport, the consignee's Kenyan ID or passport and KRA PIN, and a packing list. Commercial cargo also needs an invoice. We'll send you a checklist when you book.
Enter your HBL number in the Tracking Shipment tab above. Every milestone, from pickup in Saudi Arabia to delivery in Kenya, is posted there with date and location.
